Where do you ship to?
Right now, we are able to ship orders throughout Ontario. 

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Please select the curbside pickup option at checkout to pick up your order from our warehouse located in Ottawa, Ontario. 

I would like to order these for my staff/clients/customers/etc. Can you create custom boxes?
We would be delighted to! As corporate event planners with more than 20 years of experience in creating memorable experiences for companies, their staff, and clients, we can create custom Party in a Box boxes to celebrate occasion or theme. Whether you are looking to thank your staff for a job well done or reward your clients for their loyalty, we can help deliver a truly memorable experience right to their door. Please contact us with your request and we’ll be happy to help!

I would like to place a large order for more than 20 boxes. Is this possible? 
Yes! For orders of greater than 20 boxes, please contact us to ensure product availability and discuss delivery timelines. 

Why do you require three days’ business notice to deliver my box?
Every Party in a Box includes unique, fresh food items that are best consumed within a day or two of receiving your box. Because of this, we need some time to work with our local vendors and prepare your box fresh for shipment. We require three business days from the date of your order to process and prepare your box.

For example, if you place an order on a Monday, please do not select a delivery date earlier than Friday.

Can I order a non-alcoholic version of a box?
Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate customers who are looking to order one of our boxes without the alcohol. Please contact us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate you! 

Can I purchase a box as a gift?
Yes! Boxes can be shipped to recipients throughout Ontario. Please note that delivery times may vary for boxes shipped outside of Ottawa. 
As well, please note that if you order a box that contains alcohol, we require a signature upon delivery from someone over the age of 19. Boxes with alcohol are not to be ordered for or received by anyone under the legal drinking age of 19.  

Can I add a personalized card? 
You sure can! Contact us with your order number and the message you would like to include within two days of purchase.  

Where can I find product ingredients? 
All product ingredients are listed on our ingredients page. [hyperlink to ingredients page] We have made every effort to include complete ingredient listings, but products may have come into contact with common allergens. We cannot guarantee any product is completely free of any allergen.

What is your return policy?
All boxes are final sale. But don’t worry – you’ll love your box so much that you won’t want to return it!
